A referral service only

This site and its phone number exist to put callers in touch with plumbing businesses. The site operator doesn't inspect homes, locate leaks, quote jobs or repair pipes, and nothing on the site is an offer to do so.

No charge to call

Calling the number costs nothing beyond your normal phone charges. Any work you agree to, and any price for it, is between you and the plumbing business you speak with.

Plumbing businesses are independent

Each plumbing business reached through this line is separately owned and operated. Its owners and workers are not employees, partners or agents of the site operator. The site operator doesn't control how they schedule, price or carry out their work.

No promises about the work

The site operator doesn't stand behind any plumber's diagnosis, schedule, pricing, materials or results, and accepts no responsibility for them. Any commitment about a job comes only from the business doing the work, and should be put in writing between you and that business.

Checking a plumber before you hire

California requires plumbing contractors to hold a state license for most jobs. Before work begins, ask for the license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov. Ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask whether permits will be pulled. Making these checks is your responsibility.

Any person who appears in a photograph or video on this site is a model or actor, shown for illustration only. No pictured person is a plumber you can reach through this line.

Information on the site

Articles and pages explain slab leaks in general terms. They aren't a diagnosis of your home or professional advice for your situation. Conditions differ from house to house, and a plumber who inspects the property is the right person to recommend a repair.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

The line is answered during the hours published on the site. Calls outside those hours may not be answered. The site operator may change, pause or end the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site operator isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, from calls made through it, or from services provided by any plumbing business.
